A customer who has already made a payment and concluded an online agreement to purchase from 4SureHosting (Nuco Technologies Ltd) are always entitled to cancel an order placed with us as follows:
For non-service and non-domain name orientated sales:
For service orientated sales:
Provided the service has not been started or in the case of domain name registrations, has not been implemented a full credit is available. If the service is within seven days of concluding an online agreement or an online payment a full refund is available less an admin fee equal to the larger of 5% or £7.50 +VAT
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

For non-service and non-domain name orientated sales:
- Within seven (7) working days from concluding an online agreement and taking receipt with an online payment.
- Within seven (7) working days from concluding an online agreement and taking receipt with receipt of payment sent with a printed online invoice.
For service orientated sales:
