We will always endevour to deliver your order as soon as is practicable dependant upon your order contents.

For Hosting Services:
Upon confirmed clearance of your payment, your hosting account(s) and/or services will be setup and will normally be established within 24hrs (mon - fri).

The customer understands that due to the nature of the Internet, the general availability to visitors of some services will not be ready until the required settings have been propagated across the Internet. e.g. Domain Name Server (DNS) setting entries etc.

For Software Titles:
Generally, software titles will be despatched the same day of clearance of your payment, (received by 3pm mon - fri), but the customer accepts that this may take longer, with a maximum duration of 28 days applying from clearance of payment to customer receipt.

Special Royal Mail Delivery - Actinic Catalog & Business software titles are sent direct from us at Techno-Web Ltd by Royal Mail Special Delivery, with other titles supplied directly by Actinic Software Ltd under our direction.
